League Policies and Charter

  • League brackets, member clubs, teams, and coaches aim to create gameday environments that are evenly matched. This goal is to maximize learning by minimizing one-sided games.

  • Flexible rosters allow players to get additional games with different teams to ensure they are challenged through exposure to different levels and formats of play.

  • Member clubs and all affiliated personnel commit to a Zero-recruitment policy during the PDF season. Player movement from club to club is disruptive to the development of the player and team. Player withdrawals should be driven by individual player circumstances and initiated with their own current club before any other club becomes involved.

  • Equal opportunity to gameday minutes and positions on the field are given to all players. Players will not be locked into single positions of play, nor will they be asked to participate in gamesmanship strategies that harm the players development in pursuit of artificial gameday results.

  • Mutual respect among all participants, including players, coaches, parents, and referees, is a core value to create a positive atmosphere for learning and competition.
